I tried it hoping I’d notice some kind of health boost, but I didn’t feel any different. For me, it didn’t deliver enough to feel like it was worth buying again

"Super easy to customize"
I just used it again recently, and what really stands out to me is how easy it is to swap things out and add exactly what I want. It makes ordering way less of a hassle. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because a few of the options cost extra, which I noticed more this time around.

I ended up waiting way longer than I thought I would for my order and no one really kept me in the loop. I know places get busy, stuff happens, but it got frustrating. By the time it finally came out... I wasn’t even excited to eat it anymore. Not the best first try for me

The packaging was totally fine, so I was expecting the juice to be good. But when I tried it, it tasted kind of watery and not as fresh as I hoped. Because of that, the overall quality just felt a bit meh to me.

I really enjoyed how fresh and flavorful it tasted, and you can tell the quality is there. My only small issue is that it was a little too sweet for my taste. Still, it made me happy overall, and I’d definitely consider getting it again.

Stopped by Pure Green and the staff was super friendly, like right away they made it easy to ask questions and didn’t make me feel like I was holding up the line or anything, which I really appreciated. It was a bit busy when I went, so it did take a little longer than I expected, but everyone working there seemed to have a really good attitude and was still nice despite the rush. Giving 4 stars just because of the wait, but overall it was a good experience.

"Okay drinks, but not a place I’d stay"
The drinks were fine, nothing really wrong there, but the vibe inside just wasn’t great. It felt kind of cold and rushed, and the music was louder than it needed to be. There also wasn’t much seating, so it didn’t feel like a comfortable place to hang out. The staff seemed busy, which I get, but the whole place felt hectic in a way that seemed avoidable. I’d grab a drink if I had to, but I probably wouldn’t sit there again.

I had a problem with my order and honestly , getting someone to help took way longer than I expected . The replies I got felt short and didn’t really answer what I was asking . The product itself was okay , but dealing with support made the whole experience kind of annoying . I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again

"Felt a little too expensive for what I got"
I tried puregreen.com the other day, i kept thinking the whole time that it just felt overpriced. The portions were small for what I paid, and nothing really jumped out as amazing or super memorable. I mean, it was fine, I guess, but for that price I was expecting something that felt more worth it. Maybe I just caught it on an off day, but I don’t really see myself ordering again.

I ordered from puregreen.com and, the delivery was kind of slow. I wasn’t really sure what was going on since there weren’t many updates, which made the wait a bit frustrating. The product itself was fine when it arrived, but yeah, I guess the shipping experience could’ve been better.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but oh my gosh, the taste was so weird I could barely get it down. And then I felt sick pretty much the entire day afterward, which made me feel like I’d made the worst decision ever. Definitely not worth it for me.

Some of the ingredients were a little wilted when they arrived. Like I said, it wasn’t everything, but a few items definitely didn’t look as fresh as I was hoping. Like I said, still usable for the most part, just not ideal.

"Delivery was really frustrating"
I ordered from puregreen.com the shipping experience was a mess. I was already in a impatient mood that week, so the tracking not updating for days made it even more annoying. Then the package ended up arriving later than promised, and I had to email them just to get a basic update. The whole thing felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been. I probably won’t order again unless their delivery improves.

"Still Hungry After"
I don’t know, I was expecting to feel a lot more satisfied, but I barely got full. Maybe I was just extra hungry that day, but still, for what I paid, it kind of felt like one of those moments where you’re looking at the empty container thinking, wait… that was it? Taste was fine, I guess, but portion-wise I left feeling a little ripped off.

I ended up getting the wrong drink again, which was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but after this happening more than once, it just feels a bit careless. The tone from the staff didn’t really make it feel like they were too bothered about fixing it either

"Packaging showed up rough"
Ordered from puregreen.com and the products were fine, no real issue there. but the box came looking beat up, one side was kind of crushed in and there barely seemed to be any padding inside
Nothing actually spilled thankfully, but a couple things looked like they were right on the edge of leaking which just felt careless. for the price I expected it to show up in better shape, probably won’t order again unless they get the packing sorted

I ordered from puregreen and my smoothie showed up basically room temp. Like, what a joke, it’s supposed to be a cold smoothie, not something that tastes like it’s been sitting on a counter forever. The flavor probably would’ve been fine if it was actually chilled, but a warm smoothie is just gross. I couldn’t even finish it. For what they charge, I definitely expected better. Not ordering from there again.
